Classes

We have classes available for knitters and crocheters at every level. Some of our classes require our students to have certain skills. Those skill levels are as follows:

• Knitting class levels
• Level 0: no skills required
• Level 1: knit, purl, cast on, cast off
• Level 2: Level 1 plus increase and decrease
• Level 3: Level 2 plus the additional skills required by the instructor (such as knitting in the round, pattern reading, etc.)

• Crochet class levels
• Level 0: no skills required
• Level 1: chain stitch and single crochet
• Level 2: Level 1 plus additional skills required by the instructor (such as double crochet, pattern reading, etc.)

Class policies:

Class fee does not include materials unless otherwise specified. Yarn, patterns, and other materials for the class should be purchased at Prairie Yarns.

Prairie Yarns reserves the right to cancel a class if fewer than two people have registered. We will notify registrants at the time of cancellation and offer the choice of a refund or a credit towards a future class.

If a registrant withdraws from a class more than 24 hours before the start of the class, he or she will receive a credit towards a future class. If the registrant withdraws later than 24 hours before the start of a class, no refund or credit is owed.

Missed classes can be made up for an additional charge.
