Our shop hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10-7
Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: 10-5
We provide outstanding yarn and accessories in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Our employees are experienced knitters and crocheters who are available to assist you when you need help with your projects.
Our classes include a variety of projects from beginner to advanced knitting along with crochet classes. We also offer individual and group tutoring.
Prairie Yarns supports compassionate knitting for items such as chemo caps, baby hats, and hats and mittens for kids in need. Our current “Stop the Shake” campaign yielded 150 plus purple hats , which were donated to the Essentia Health in Fargo for Shaken Baby Awareness month this April. We continue to accept both chemo caps, purple hats and caps and mittens ongoing. We are committed to giving back to the community by supporting charitable knitting efforts.

I was in the shop on Friday and found the staff very helpful! I took a sheet on the upcoming classes which I hope to sign up for many. But I did notice that it was the same project for each of the classes. Do you offer other projects pieces, pictures of the up coming classes and are you open to sugestions for other classes?
